$245 a year-Membership is tax deductible as a business expense All membership sales are final. Your membership is yearly and your credit card will be charged once a year. Your membership runs for 12 months continuously from the time we receive your dues.
Automatic Renewal Language:
Automatic Renewal. The initial term of this Membership/Marketing Campaign shall be one (1) year commencing as of the date hereof. Thereafter, the term of this Membership shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms unless one party provides written notice to the other party at least sixty (60) days in advance of the end of the then existing term that it does not wish to renew the term of this Agreement.Notice. Each Party shall deliver all notices and other communications related to this Membership (each, a "Notice") in writing and addressed to the other Party at its address set out below (or to any other address that the receiving Party may designate from time to time in accordance with this section). Each Party shall deliver all Notices by nationally recognized overnight courier (with all fees prepaid), facsimile or email (with confirmation of transmission) or certified or registered mail (in each case, return receipt requested, postage prepaid). A Notice is effective only (a) upon receipt by the receiving party and (b) if the party giving the Notice has complied with the requirements of this Section.
